The Challenge
There were few challenges for this project in West Dennis off Uncle Barney’s Rd. This project was not necessarily complex but very involved, and we had done some work for the previous owner. We worked closely with a builder to build a functional pool and outdoor living areas, including a basketball court.
Our Solution
We provided the foundation and footings and all excavation, site, septic, and utilities for the pool house they built, and we offered the following:
- A new pool patio
- Fire pit and patio
- Large irrigation system
- Privacy plantings
- About a quarter acre of new sod
We also redesigned the front of the property, building a retaining wall and installing a large cobblestone apron. The retaining wall has landscape lighting and a few built-in stairs, and the driveway has cobblestone edging and cobble aprons at the garage doors.
