My lawn is regularly cut throughout the mowing season, and fall/ spring cleanup is also taken care of for me.  I have also had a brick walkway replaced and detailed cobblestone work done surrounding my yard with excellent results. I first met Sam a couple of years ago when I was looking to do an overhaul of a .12 acre corner lot - level lot appropriately, install circular bluestone driveway with cobblestone edge and apron, remove existing deck and install bluestone pavers, lay sod and irrigate, move shed, install dry-wells, etc. I interviewed several landscapers and he was the only one that showed up with lasers to determine the grade before providing an itemized estimate. I knew he was the one at that point, even though he wasn't the least expensive. He and his crew showed up on-time, were respectful of the neighbors and there were clear channels of communication throughout the process. Two years later, we still have people in the neighborhood asking who did the work. We use him for weekly mowing, plus spring/fall cleanup, at that property and have hired him at two other properties.
